If you enter into a separate contract with Today We Become One for wedding, officiating, chapel, destination, event, licensing, or related services, that signed service agreement will govern those services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control with respect to the contracted services.



2. Our Services


Today We Become One provides wedding and event officiating and chapel services in Greater Palm Springs, California, and at destination locations. Services may include:

  • Wedding ceremonies and elopements.
  • Same-day and intimate ceremonies.
  • Destination ceremonies.
  • Vow renewals and commitment ceremonies.
  • Baptisms, christenings, quinceañeras, and birthday blessings.
  • Memorials, funerals, and celebrations of life.
  • Chapel use and event services.
  • Marriage license information, assistance, and related administrative services.
  • Ceremony planning, officiant services, and ceremony personalization.
  • Photography and videography.
  • Livestreaming and digital recording.
  • Musicians and music-related services.
  • Arch, décor, ceremony item, and event rentals.
  • Unity ceremony items, keepsakes, gifts, and commemorative materials.


The services, pricing, availability, inclusions, exclusions, locations, travel charges, and other terms applicable to a particular booking will be identified in the applicable invoice, proposal, package description, or signed service agreement.

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and may not describe every available service, package, restriction, or condition.



3. Marriage License Information


Today We Become One may provide marriage license information or administrative assistance when available. The Company does not guarantee that a county clerk or other governmental agency will issue, accept, record, or approve a marriage license.


The couple is responsible for providing accurate information, meeting all legal requirements, obtaining any required license, and confirming that the license is valid and available when required. Today We Become One does not provide legal advice regarding marriage licenses or name changes.


An officiant may decline to solemnize a legal marriage if a valid and properly completed marriage license is not available as required by applicable law. If the parties agree, a non-legal ceremonial service may be provided instead.



4. Website Eligibility


You may use the website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of eighteen, you may use the website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.


By using the website, you represent that:

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of information you submit.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, social-media accounts, vendors, or other services. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Some services may be performed by independent vendors or contractors, including photographers, videographers, musicians, florists, planners, livestream providers, rental providers, venues, and other event professionals. Unless a vendor is expressly contracted through Today We Become One, that vendor is responsible for its own services, pricing, conduct, equipment, performance, and policies.



9. Bookings, Payments, and Retainers


Website inquiries, scheduling requests, proposals, or payment links do not guarantee service availability until confirmed by Today We Become One and documented in the applicable service agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation.


Unless a signed service agreement states otherwise, a non-refundable retainer equal to fifty percent (50%) of the initial contracted service total is generally due at booking. The retainer compensates Today We Become One for reserving the date and time and beginning planning, scheduling, consultation, coordination, and administrative work.


The remaining balance, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, and refund rights are governed by the applicable signed service agreement and invoice.


Available payment methods may include cash, credit or debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods identified by the Company. Money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks may not be accepted.


Prices, packages, inclusions, exclusions, travel fees, taxes, and availability may change before booking. The price applicable to a confirmed booking will be identified in the applicable invoice, proposal, or signed agreement.



10. SMS Messaging Program


By opting in to receive text messages from Today We Become One, you agree to receive account-related and customer-care messages (for example: responses to your inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups) at the phone number you provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; after you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at todaywebecomeone@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase goods or services. We will maintain and process SMS consent and opt-out requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

Changes to the terms of a confirmed service booking must be made in accordance with the applicable signed service agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.



18. Entire Agreement


These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable signed service agreement, invoice, proposal, or written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement concerning the subject matter addressed by those documents.

No failure or delay by Today We Become One in enforcing any provision will constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.



19. Electronic Communications and Signatures


By communicating with us electronically, submitting a website form, scheduling an appointment, making a payment, or signing an agreement electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically.

Electronic records, electronic signatures, digital confirmations, and electronic notices may satisfy legal requirements for written communications and signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.
